2. How does pricing work for custom designs?

Custom designs have a different pricing structure based on complexity, materials, and the time required for production. Prices will be provided after reviewing your request.

3. How long does it take to complete a custom order?

Processing time varies depending on the design complexity:

Simple designs: 3-5 business days
Moderate designs: 7-10 business days
Complex designs: 2-4 weeks
Rush orders may be available at an additional cost.

4. Can I make changes after placing an order?

Minor adjustments may be allowed within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, changes may incur additional fees or may not be possible if production has started.

5. Do you accept refunds or exchanges on custom designs?

Since custom designs are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a defect or an error on our part.

6. How do I submit my design request?

You can submit your request through our custom design form, including details such as preferred colors, sizes, text, and any reference images.

7. Do you charge extra for revisions?

Each custom design includes one free revision before production begins. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.

8. Can I request a design based on an existing logo or artwork?

Yes, but if you are submitting copyrighted or trademarked designs, you must provide proof of permission to use them.

9. What if I need my custom design urgently?

We offer rush orders depending on availability. Extra charges will apply for expedited processing. Contact us before placing your order to check availability.

10. Will I receive a design proof before production?

Yes! We will send you a digital proof for approval before production begins. Production will only start once you confirm the design.
